Can I make a change to my reservation?We are happy to make some changes to your current reservation, however the change may require a rate adjustment based on current rates in effect at time of change. Changes are subject to current availability. No changes will be permitted to a reservation once the cancellation deadline has passed.

Can you pick me up and drop me off at area airports?Yes, we can pick up you and your party and bring them to the RV you’ve rented, and return you to the airport when you leave. Contact us for current pricing.

Do you deliver the RV?Yes, we can deliver it anywhere in the Bay Area. Contact us for pricing.

Is it safe to drink the water from the RV tank?No, we do not recommend this. It is difficult to know if the water is potable when you fill the tank at a variety of locations. We recommend you use bottled water for drinking and cooking. The water from the tank is fine for washing and bathing.

Is there a charge for the generator?Each rental comes with a generous amount of free hours of usage. Excess hours are charged a small fee per hour. A generator is only needed for the coach air conditioner, microwave and electrical outlets. A generator is not necessary for normal vehicle operation if you are at a campground and plugged into “Shore Power”.

What deposits are required?A $300 reservation down payment is required and will be applied towards your rental fees. The remaining balance of your rental and a minimum of $1000 security deposit is due prior to departure. The security deposit is fully refundable, based on RV condition at time of return. For certain rental applications, (examples: Burning Man, Bonnaroo) deposits may be increased at Mightyfine’s sole discretion. Credit card deposits are processed at departure. Upon return, all extra charges, if any, are balanced against the security deposit and a refund is issued to the credit card used on the rental agreement. We only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards. The credit card must bear an imprint of the customer's name that matches the driver's license. The cardholder(s) must be present and listed on the rental agreement as the primary or additional authorized driver.

What if I’m late returning the RV?The vehicle is overdue after 11:00 AM on the date of return, or as noted on the rental agreement if a different return time is required. A fee of $35 per hour will be charged for each hour you are late. Please notify us if you will be late in returning.

What if the motor home brakes down?Contact Mightyfine right away. You have roadside assistance coverage as part of your renter insurance policy. Call us, describe the problem, and we will advise you on what to do
